What kind of experience does Duncan Racing have building ATV engines?
DRI has been building ATV engines since the first ATV in the early seventies. Over the course of the last 4 decades DRI has rebuilt/modified more ATV’s engine than any company in the world.

How do I get my engine to DR?
You can hand deliver your engine or ship it to DRI via UPS, FED EX or USPS.

Who supplies the parts needed to rebuild/modify my engine?
DRI generally supplies all the parts from the engines it builds. If client has some parts that engines DRI will use them. But as general rule things go smoothest when DRI supplies the parts.

What type of engines does DR specialize in?
DRI specializes in 2 and 4 Strokes; including 
Honda TRX 250R, 400EX, 450R, 700xx,  
Yamaha Banshee, Blaster, Warrior, Raptor 250, 350, 660, 700,
YFZ 450, YFZ 450R
Suzuki LT 250R, LT 500, LTZ 400, LT R450

What type of Guarantee does DR offer?
DR offers 30 day guarantee on all parts and labor. In certain instances guarantee is extended.

Who does the work?
The DRI engine department is run by company president Loren Duncan. Loren is actively involved with the daily operations. Doing most engine assemblies and porting 2 & 4 stroke porting himself. Other DRI engine techs have a minimum 15 years’ experience.

Does DR test run the engines?
As a general policy DRI does not run the engines. A number of bench tests are performed on each engine to ensure they are ready to run. * Engine can be test run on DRI dyno- Additional cost and time frame will apply. 

What happens to the old parts?
DRI saves the old parts from each engine. DRI offers these parts to client if desire

Does DRI offer polishing or custom paint?
DRI offers a wide variety of show quality modifications including; case painting, powder coating, polishing, chroming.

How long does a complete engine rebuild usually take?
Currently our motor department is very busy and build times are higher than usual.
We apologize in advance.

Most rebuild take 8-16 weeks (+shipping time) to go through the complete process.
